Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily parking operations• Organize and reconcile financial records• Manage claims process and ensure safety in the facility• Train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff• Assist in setup of special event parking programs• Prepare reports and statements• Provide technical assistance and work direction• Maintain revenue control equipment• Upkeep and maintenance of the facility• Prepare and record daily receipt deposits
Requirements
• Operate and maintain revenue control equipment• Skilled in facility maintenance• Ability to work all shifts• Ability to direct others• Quick and accurate mathematical computations• Knowledge of record-keeping procedures• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations• Some knowledge of personnel policies• Ability to use calculator, computer, and software• Good written and verbal communication skills
