Assist with the open enrollment process, including communication, education, and coordination with benefits vendors and systems Work closely with employees, HR partners, and managers to facilitate leave requests and accommodations. Conduct in-person trainings and presentations, such as new employee orientations. In place of Bachelor's degree, direct experience working with benefit programs can offset education requirement on a year for year basis. Physical / Environmental Qualifications Most duties are performed sitting, but also involve occasional walking and standing, bending, carrying, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Performs a substantial amount of computer keyboard work requiring extensive wrist and hand movements.
