Full job description Daudi & Kroll, P.C. is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Legal Assistant to join our busy law firm. Due to our large case load, the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible and committed to helping us meet all our clients' needs. We need a motivated, reliable, self-starter who is eager to learn. To be successful in this role, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. You will also need to be able to multitask effectively and essentially thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Drafting legal correspondence and legal paperwork Reviewing legal documents Researching statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes and other data Working with attorneys to develop legal arguments, motions and case filings Scheduling appointments, court dates and meetings Running errands, including delivering documents to court Answering a multiple line telephone system Assist support staff with administrative tasks Requirements Include:
