Front Desk Position

Professional Dental is hiring a full time front office position ! We're looking for someone with experience that can step in and feel comfortable with the day to day operations in a dental office. But we will happily train anyone to be up to speed in 2 weeks.
The primary role would be as a Patient Scheduling and Reactivation. But in general, we are looking for someone with a history of and competence in doing the following:
Schedule appointments and check patients in and out Check patients account balances Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Answering phones and patients questions And above all we are looking for someone with a positive up beat personality that can care about our patients!
