Job Summary
Rolling Suds is experiencing remarkable growth, with 40 franchisees onboarded in just one year. As a Business Development Coach (BDC) (Franchise Business Consultant), you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding our franchisees to success. Your primary responsibilities include establishing positive relationships, providing comprehensive training and advice, and fostering high franchisee morale and business performance.
Responsibilities
Conduct virtual training, area meetings, and regular conference calls to enhance customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management, and staff development.
Support efforts to improve franchise/customer experience by monitoring performance and coaching for enhancement.
Assess franchise operations and offer continuous advice and training to support growth strategies.
Guide franchises in reviewing financial performance and achieving profit targets.
Advise on enhancing owner skills in coaching, mentoring, and management.
Ensure franchises utilize resources for staff training and development.
Provide weekly updates to the Sr. Director of Business Development and document activities accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, conduct regular meetings for system updates and feedback, and assist in franchise owner onboarding and development.
Requirements
Minimum five years of experience as a franchise business consultant or successful business owner.
Passion for building relationships through coaching and presenting to large groups.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial statement analysis.
Knowledgeable about training resources and programs, with a commitment to upholding professional standards.
Positive professional attitude, proven leadership skills, and collaborative work ethic.
Dedication to continuous learning and supporting the brand.
Working Conditions
Must reside in the US.
Salary Range: $65,000-$80,000.
Required 10% travel throughout assigned franchisee areas and corporate events.
Must be physically able to travel independently.
Business operations Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as necessary.
Weekend travel as directed by Division Director or Sr. Vice President of Operations.
Maintain a valid Driver's License.
Remote position.
