Responsibilities
• Greet and provide superior customer service to guests• Set tables according to service standards• Take orders, answer questions, and offer menu suggestions• Communicate with culinary team regarding meal requirements• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction• Process payment and maintain cleanliness of work areas• Complete closing duties• Follow health and safety regulations• Work in a fast-paced environment• Availability to work flexible shifts
Requirements
• 1-year serving experience with a quality establishment• Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred• Ability to multitask and stand for extended periods• Ability to lift objects up to 10lbs without assistance• TIPS certified (alcohol awareness training) and ServSafe Food Handler certification• Availability to work weekends and holidays• Availability to work from 6:00am until 2:30pm
