Responsibilities
• Sales and inventory management in gift shop• Opening and closing the cash register• Greeting and assisting guests with promotional information and requested items• Greeting and assisting tour bus groups• Answering phones and taking messages• Monitoring attendance counts• Making announcements• Checking and safeguarding guest coats and belongings• Assisting with guest sign-up and theme nights• Cross-training and providing support in related areas of operations
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience• Must possess basic mathematical and computer skills• Prefer previous customer service and cash sales experience• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills• Must be a team player with a positive attitude• Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks• Must possess the ability to work with various personalities• Working knowledge of 10 key calculator and cash register• Basic computer knowledge is helpful• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods of time
