Great companies need great leaders. The FlexHomes Coordinator (FC) will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and developing caregivers and clients for Senior Helpers Newest program, FlexHomes within the franchise territory. FlexHome Coordinator will develop and build relationships with community referral sources, and assess clients for the FlexHomes Program, and build the program within our community.Job Benefits:Health Insurance (Coming soon)Supplemental Dental InsurancePaid Time OffLife InsurancePay On Demand (Optional)Bonus structureVaried Discount ProgramsWhy Join Us?Great Place to Work® CertifiedAutonomy—We encourage our team members' independence and believe in our team to complete their job duties without micromanaging.Task Variety—We provide an engaging workday that uses your various skill sets to avoid monotony.Job Duties:Overall management of the caregivers, including performance improvement, development, and implementation of caregiver training programs for FlexHomes ProgramConduct quality assurance site checks of each caregiver to ensure care plans are being implemented correctly, policies and procedures are adhered to, and all job duties are performed in a manner that is satisfactory and meets the Senior Helpers brand expectations, for the FlexHomes programCreates morale building recognition programs for the caregivers such as Caregiver of the Month, acknowledgments of high-level performances, and training completions, for FlexHomes Caregviers.Overall management of FlexHomes clients, performing new client assessments, performing site checks to ensure client satisfaction with program, evaluating advancing needs for standard Home Care Programs, and reports to other staff progressing needsBuilds and develops community referrals for potential new sites for FlexHomes Programs, attending Senior community events to build awareness about FlexHomes programAdhere to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, but not requiredMust have minimum of one year experience managing employees, hiring and/or onboarding required, preferably in a healthcare-related setting.Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.Experience in conflict managementAbility to use critical thinking to proactively prevent and solve problems.Ability to visit clients' homes in the assigned territory.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.Ability to learn software programs quickly.Strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.About Senior Helpers of Richland:We are an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC dba Senior Helpers®.
