This role is on W2 only, no C2C. Position: Financial Analyst Duration: 12+ months contract

Rate: $55-58/hr on w2 In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Financial Controls and contribute to large-scale planning related to Financial Controls deliverablesReview and analyze moderately complex Financial Controls challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsContribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meetFinancial Controls deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate with Client personnel in Financial ControlsAdditional Skills:Financial Controls: Covers jobs responsible for identifying, documenting, and implementing financial control and oversight matters.Individuals lead and/or execute testing and monitoring initiatives for assigned control areas.In this role, candidate will:Consult with the line of business and enterprise functions on financial reporting or information technology governance, and controls and oversight mattersIdentify compliance and risk management requirements for supported areaProvide oversight for testing and monitoring involving moderate to complex subject matter or control areasCommunicate and provide consultation regularly with stakeholders throughout the enterpriseImplement, operate, and report results of certain elements of the company's policy, governance and oversight frameworkSupport implementation of moderate to complex projects and initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:4 plus years of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting or Business and Technology Audit experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationStrong communication skillsProficient in MS excel and workExcellent research skillsetIntake notes:Our team preforms financial reviews.We issue written risk ratings with a detail overview of a breakdown of the statement and then get an overall picture with the suppliers.Client needs someone to step in and have a solid understanding of financial statements and reviews.This candidate will help with admin pieces for the analysts on the team as well.They will go in and look at services requests from the supplier community.Client needs someone that can go through and review the requests, looking at the documentation provided and doing a quick overview that makes sure it meets the minimum requirements.They will also provide guidance on what next steps are needed to the requesters.CPA would be nice but definitely not a must haveFinance or accounting type background is what we are looking forClient work with a broad range of industries so specific industry experience is not requiredPay Range: $55-58/hr on W2.
