You will drive a business plan mindset to determine cost efficiencies and return on investment in a SaaS/PaaS-specific business model with minimum of supervision.Responsibilities:Act as a Financial Business Partner for the Mendix organization and support the organization on its journey towards a sustainable SaaS/PaaS-specific business modelBeing the dedicated finance business partner for the R&D leader and R&D unit leads (e.g. Core Development, Security, Product Management)Perform financial analysis on actual cost positions, forecasting and budgeting as well as providing Key Performance Indicator for supporting business decisionsHandle special projects and analysis in the Platform and Technology environmentMaintain and implement company's financial processes, policies and procedures and identifies opportunities to improve cost positions and processesLiaison with different stakeholder including CFO community, Department Heads of Development, FP&A and AccountingRequirements:Strong knowledge in budgeting, accounting transactions and financial analysisPreferred experience in software (SaaS) or high growth businessStrong analytical skills to evaluate results and decisionsOpen and innovative mindset to tackle new business models and processesStrong communication and presentation skills in English.
