The Regulatory Product manager is responsible for regulatory impact assessment for the TA product globally, including significant global industry changes. As part of the TA Product Solutions team, the Regulatory Product manager provides consultative support to Clients, internal technology product and development teams, and internal service delivery teams (BPAS) to ensure navigation of industry changes and assist in ensuring our products remain compliant and competitive. The TA Regulatory Product Manager is responsible for the commercialization of regulatory products. The candidate will liaise with Risk & Compliance to provide oversight of implementation of regulatory programs. What you will be doing: Horizon scanning to identify rule changes which will have an impact the TA Product (including technology products and TA service) and performing impact assessments on changes Defining TA regulatory support services to assist clients in meeting their regulatory obligations, including engagement with Go to Market team for new products, or product enhancements related to evolving regulatory requirements and commercialization of TA regulatory support services Liaising with FIS Risk & Compliance teams to secure regulatory approvals, produce appropriate client-facing materials related to policies and procedures Collaborating with product development teams to ensure that software capabilities are appropriately designed to support regulatory compliance requirements Providing consultative support for service delivery teams providing operational support to clients Participating in industry forums Contributing content for client communications and marketing whitepapers Providing sales support including presentations to clients and prospects Developing market insight by evaluating industry trends and competitor offerings What you will need:
- General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
- Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products, with relevant Transfer Agency experience.
-Ability to work independently and in collaborative global teams
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-A bachelor's degree or multiple years direct Transfer Agency experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $133,520.00 - $224,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
