The Finance Analyst Associate - Pricing role will provide finance services in support of the organization's business objectives. This pricing role will work with multiple functional areas in developing and analyzing cost estimates for proposals/quotations. YOUR IMPACT: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Creation of a complete, accurate, and timely cost/price proposal for submittal to Defense customers. Work with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, ILS and other functional areas to help develop cost estimates for Defense proposals/quotations. Work with Defense Contracts (both domestic and international) to develop a full understanding of customer requirements for the product/service to be quoted. Analyze and relay the financial/business impact of a proposal internally to the Defense Finance team. Develop understanding of Continuous Improvement Management System (CIIMS) and support continues improvement projects. Assist other functional areas within Defense Finance (General Accounting and Government Compliance) in overflow situations as required. Take on and resolve special projects as assigned by the Finance Director. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Minimum of 2 years related experience or prior Oshkosh internship experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to travel up to 10%. WHY OSHKOSH?
