Complete Pest Solutions is seeking a full time Field Technician to join our growing company. Complete Pest Solutions is a family owned and operated local pest control business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, autonomy, variability in their work day, and public interactions. Our technicians are trained to address a variety of pest issues including general crawling/flying insects, bed bugs, termites, rodents, and wildlife such as raccoon, opossum and squirrel. To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, motivated, have good communication and practical problem-solving skills. You will interact with our customers daily, and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are a representation of our company.

Field Technician Duties & Responsibilities: Inspect homes, businesses or grounds to determine the issue to be addressed Recommend products or services to customers to address current problem Treat to eliminate pests Spread pesticides Power-spray chemicals onto surfaces Complete exclusion work to remove pests/prevent pests from entering a building Set mechanical traps and place bait Remove dead rodents/wildlife after extermination Filling out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job Design and carry out pest management plans Identifying opportunities to sell additional company services and products Field Technician Requirements: High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Thorough knowledge of the use and characteristics of pesticide (developed by on the job training) Able to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc., for extended periods The ability to work in all weather conditions Reliable and self-motivated Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
