The Facilities Mechanical Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., is responsible for working in a team environment, with parallel subject areas, to analyze operational efficiency activities, identify cost effective sustaining and manufacturing improvements and provide design input on projects. Will be the authority and system owner on a variety of systems including typical Semiconductor Facilities Mechanical systems such as air compressors, boilers, chillers, pumping systems, and general HVAC. This position works directly with the operations team and technicians monitoring systems parameters via intelligent systems such as SPC/IOT and SCADA, ensuring they are running within specifications. This posting requires a hard work ethic and diligent attention to detail.
