Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of stylists, estheticians, and boutique leads• Oversee guest experience, retail sales, and services businesses• Promote a culture of accountability and drive company profitability• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations• Attract, hire, and build a highly engaged team• Support associate and services professional development• Establish professional peer and brand partner relationships• Promote teamwork and guest service excellence• Execute the Guest Engagement Leader program• Execute day-to-day inventory control processes• Communicate and provide feedback to field and services leadership
Requirements
• 2-3+ years of relevant retail management work experience• Bachelor's degree preferred• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required• Success with financial management and cosmetology management• Proven ability in retail management and leadership management• Proficient with basic technology, excellent written and verbal communication• Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills• Ability to react under pressure and be flexible/adaptable• Work a flexible, full-time schedule including weekends and holidays• Attend corporate business meetings and conferences
