Role Summary:
As an Executive Secretary within our dynamic Division, you will wield considerable autonomy to support the Division Director and executive team. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of executive secretarial tasks and support functions critical to the division's success. This role requires a proactive and independent approach to managing tasks, assisting in the division's administrative needs, and contributing positively to our overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer comprehensive executive support to the Division Director, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
Facilitate effective communication and administrative coordination within the division and with external partners.
Utilize a range of software and systems to prepare documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring information is accurately maintained and retrieved.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives, providing logistical and administrative support as needed.
Who Should Apply:

A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
At least five years of administrative support experience, with a significant portion requiring computer proficiency for a variety of tasks.
