About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Global Development Lead for a novel STEAP1-targeted T-cell engager in the field of oncology, specifically for the treatment of prostate cancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical and strategic insight to direct clinical trial design, strategy execution, and data analysis in compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory guidelines. This role involves leading a team of clinical development professionals, building partnerships with clinical investigators and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and overseeing the total evidence-generation package for the asset. The Global Development Lead will also be a core member of the Product Team, ensuring alignment of clinical and scientific strategies with the overall product strategy, and will be involved in regulatory interactions, global registration, and reimbursement activities.Applicants must have an MD or DO degree, at least five years of industry or academic research, and a minimum of six years of managerial experience. Preferred qualifications include an MD with a residency in oncology, board certification or equivalent, and a strong background in clinical research, particularly in genitourinary (preferably prostate) oncology. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulatory interactions for oncology products, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to lead in a complex, multi-functional matrix environment. The role requires a leader who can inspire, accelerate, integrate, and adapt, in line with the company's leadership attributes.
