Job Description:WellCare Health Plans is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this mid-to-senior level role, the Client Support Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a client support role, and possess a strong drive to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are consistently met- Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and find solutions to client challenges- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively communicate with clients- Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes and make recommendations for enhancements- Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements:- 8 years of experience in a client support role- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Resourceful and driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong soft skills, including innovation and teamwork- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
