Responsibilities
• Long term, short term, and day-to-day management of Food & Beverage operations• Develop and execute menus for restaurant, lounge, and banquets• Train department in all duties and empower them for top performance• Support sales efforts and generate revenue opportunities• Complete inventory, ordering, and restocking of Food & Beverage• Participate in budget, marketing plan, and business plan development• Provide high-quality service to guests• Select and train hotel associates• Control labor and costs related to food and beverage• Maintain guest confidence through prompt and courteous communication
Requirements
• 2-5 years culinary leadership experience• Experience in back of house, front of the house, and banquet• Successful Food & Beverage hotel management experience preferred• Highly motivated and self-directed• Exceptional guest service skills• Strong computer skills• Food Handling Management Certification and Liquor Manager Certifications required
