Responsibilities
• Lead various aspects of research• Develop data collection instruments• Collect, clean, and manage large data sets• Conduct complex analyses• Prepare reports and presentations based on results• Make recommendations across internal and external projects• Schedule, coordinate, and manage on-site research activities• Establish and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders• Train other personnel as appropriate
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• 60 months of experience managing/leading multiple projects• 36 months of relevant experience in data collection and analysis• Research and program design experience
