Job Description Building on a legacy of more than a century of naval shipbuilding, HII's Mission Technologies division is accelerating national security solutions to a wide variety of government and commercial customers worldwide. Comprising more than 7,000 professionals, our unique national security portfolio includes cyber and electronic warfare, fleet sustainment, ISR, live, virtual, constructive (LVC) solutions, nuclear and environmental services, and unmanned systems. HII, Mission Technologies Corp is looking for Security Escorts to support a build/reconstruction project at Tinker AFB, Ok. Must have a current Secret Clearance. Essential Job Responsibilities Ensure all personnel being escorted within the site are abiding by all security requirements and report security concerns to the Site Security Manager (SSM) immediately. Ensure that only authorized personnel, vehicles, and/or materials are introduced into or onto the construction site. Required to traverse in and around the construction area during duty hours. Subjected to loud noises, dust/debris, and will navigate multiple stairwells. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided by the Government. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Minimum Qualifications 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Experience in maintaining physical security requirements that meet Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), collateral security requirements and the facility accreditation process. Ensure all personnel are properly badged while on site and wearing the appropriate credential correctly. Maintain direct line of sight of all uncleared personnel and maintain integrity of the secure construction site. Preferred Requirements Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
