Dirt/Grading Foreman

Johnson Brothers Corp, A Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for highly motivated Grading Foreman to join our team in Benton, AR.  This is an experienced-level position requiring 3+  year's experience
Responsibilities/Duties: Manage roadway grading and excavation  crews. Maintain accurate and efficient scheduling of  crews. Observe work operations recommends advancements to ensure that performance is productive, safe and of the highest  quality. Lead and motivate team to complete all phases of  work. Provide general oversight of crew's safety planning and ensure it is  completed. Assist project management team ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of city, state and federal  government. Coordinate and communicate engineering and layout needs  timely. Qualifications:   Approximately 3years of experience as a Grading/General Foreman Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize, develop and maintain  schedules. Basic surveying skills Must have ability to interpret contract specifications and  drawings. Knowledge of contract procedures and principles Ability to understand construction logic and sequencing of complex  projects. Benefits (Full-time): •    401K & 401K Matching
