What will you do?
Lead and manage a team of data scientists, analysts.
Develop and execute data science strategies that align with organisational goals.
Drive innovation and apply state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, predictive modelling, and big data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable data models and algorithms.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in analytics.
Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the data science team.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies in data science.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors or master's in Computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
At least 12+ years of experience as a data science management or technical roles.
At least 6 years of experience in leading high performing data science teams and owning complete lifecycle of data science development from concept to scale.
Strong experience of AI/ML, Deep learning & computer vision models on large image datasets is a must skill.
Experience in deployment concepts, algorithms, frameworks and deploying models at scale.
Experience in data analytics methodologies and tools i.e. Python, SQL and data visualisations.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms i.e., Azure, AWS, GCP and big data technologies i.e., Hadoop, Spark is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
What other experience will make you a great candidate?
Experience in storing & processing large geospatial data on scale.
Experience in delivering AI/ML, statistical solutions on geospatial data i.e., Satellite , Lidar etc.
