Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go.The RoleMetropolis is seeking a Director of Salesforce Operations to lead the strategic direction and manage all aspects of Salesforce CRM system to drive sales effectiveness, deployment activities, and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you will collaborate closely with sales and deployment teams to identify data requirements and optimize Salesforce functionality to ensure alignment with organizational goals.The Director of Salesforce plays a critical role increation and reporting of all sales and deployment data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and reliability.This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and business insight to provide strategic guidance and recommendations for leveraging Salesforce capabilities to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic planning, development, and execution of Salesforce initiatives to support sales, marketing, and customer service functions.Owndata input processes,establishingand upholdingprotocols to uphold data accuracy and completeness.Partner with sales leadership to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions and enhancements.Manage the Salesforce implementation roadmap, prioritizing projects and initiatives based on business impact andROI (Return on Investment).Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing,IT (Information Technology), and finance, to drive alignment and integration of Salesforce with other business systems and processes.Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs and requirements.Develop andmaintainSalesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.Drive user adoption and training initiatives to ensure that sales teams and other users maximize the value of Salesforce.Monitor Salesforce performance and scalability,identifyingopportunities for optimization and performance improvement.Lead change management efforts related to Salesforce initiatives, communicating updates and changes tostakeholders,and driving adoption across the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;Master'sdegree is a plus.Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect arerequired.Proven experience6-8 yearsSalesforce administration, development, and implementation,witha track recordof successful Salesforce project delivery.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, features, and best practices, withexpertisein Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing Salesforce initiatives frominceptionto delivery.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is preferred.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities and requirements.Strong commitment to customer success and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and drive value.When you join Metropolis,you'lljoin a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. Theanticipatedbase pay for this position is $140,000.00 to 175,000.00 annually. The actual base pay offered isdeterminedbya number ofvariables, including, asappropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of educationattained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base payis onecomponentof Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, bonus plans and more.
