Position SummaryThis role strives to be a partner to several business leaders and end-users to significantly improve business process, efficiency, revenue growth, and quality through Salesforce solutions. The role is responsible for becoming the subject matter expert (SME) of the business processes assigned to document and track Salesforce solutions to delivery, and successful adoption of the solutions.We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly. Our Salesforce Business Owner will wear many hats on their projects and are responsible for everything from requirements gathering, training support, and post deployment support.As a Salesforce Business Owner, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill set. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and solutions, and assist in providing training.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our internal stakeholdersUtilize and champion agile techniques to deliver on competing requirementsConsult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirementsAnalyze and consolidate information to assist in developing solutions to ensure business requirements are achievedPartner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impactsProvide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changesWork collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet business requirements and fulfill user storiesParticipate in key meetings including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user trainingInteract with third party vendors and developers to define system requirementsAssist in creating acceptance criteria and test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are metFacilitate workshops and maintain system processes and proceduresProvide support to junior associatesExperience & Education5+ years of prior relevant experience as a business analyst or owner supporting Salesforce implementationsExperience with Lightning versions, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud and CPQ requiredExtensive experience in agile methodologiesProficient in Microsoft Office Tools, eg. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this positionacross applicable US locations.This position is also eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance.The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
