THIS POSITION IS IN LAKE CHARLES, LOUISIANA Restaurant Director of Operations Benefits: Huge opportunity for growth as the franchise grows Highly Competitive salary and bonus potential Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities: Be the leader of all of the General Managers' store operations Oversee all planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the operations function of the franchise group Development of the management teams, execution of brand standards Full responsibility for the operations of all current restaurants and guiding any future NROs in the market Reviews and approves the setting of budgets for franchise group and monitors results Coaches, counsels, and develops unit management in building sales, marketing efforts, controlling costs and upholding brand standards Ensures the units' successful implementation of all marketing strategies Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of full-service multi-unit restaurant management experience with volume of $5M or higher New Restaurant opening experience Scratch kitchen culinary and beverage background Hands-on servant leader Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills—principles and people Superior analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities Ability to establish credibility and be decisive—but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities A relentless desire to pursue excellence in individual, department team, company, and brand performance Bi-lingual helpful, not required.
