Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and communications plans to enhance brand visibility and drive organizational growth.
Cultivate and maintain a strong brand voice across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our diverse audience.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote organizational initiatives and priorities effectively.
Proactively pursue media coverage opportunities to amplify our strategic objectives and impact.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for key events and initiatives.
Oversee the creation of compelling content across various mediums, including podcasts, newsletters, and annual reports.
Manage digital assets and online platforms to optimize user engagement and experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and executing creative marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with media outlets and strategic partners.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in website management systems and marketing technology tools.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of ten years of relevant experience, including team management and strategic planning.
Familiarity with global and multicultural environments preferred.
