Position: Digital Content Manager

We are a not-for-profit association dedicated to representing state, tribal, and local criminal and juvenile justice agencies and practitioners. Our mission is to advocate for balanced approaches to complex public safety and justice system issues. Our diverse membership includes professionals from law enforcement, corrections, prosecution, defense, victim-witness services, and more.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Digital Content Manager to join our dynamic communications team. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and supporting various initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain content for multiple websites, including a .gov site.
Drive engagement on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads.
Manage audio and video projects, including podcast production.
Create video content for websites and social media channels.
Oversee content and access for our members-only portal.
Curate an online library of grant opportunities.
Assist with conference app content creation and management.
Monitor website analytics and improve SEO performance.
Design digital graphics, infographics, and flyers.
Provide backend website support and liaise with technical vendors.
Support virtual trainings and events.
Handle member inquiries and provide login support.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of web management and content creation experience.
Proficiency with website content management systems (Wix experience preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
Knowledge of web accessibility standards and HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and design software.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Canva.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Interest in criminal justice, public safety, or victims' issues preferred.
Ability to obtain a federal government public interest security clearance.
Salary Range:
Starting salary ranges from $63,000 to $68,000, depending on experience.
