At Moderna, organizational culture encompasses digital capabilities.This position will serve as a strategic partner to the People Platform team, ensuring that our leadership and management training aligns with the company's vision for talent management and peak performance, creating a pipeline of skilled, digital-first leaders who can drive Moderna's mission forward.Here's What You'll Do:Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for leadership, management, and organizational culture development that drives peak performance in alignment with Moderna's goals and the People Platform's vision of leadership excellence. Your learning portfolio will include everything from onboarding to senior executive development.Learning Design and Development: Develop, and continuously improve learning programs, utilizing the latest in learning science and technology to maximize effectiveness and engagement.Learning Facilitation:On occasion, facilitate or teach learning programs in partnership with internal and external leaders and SMEsCollaboration and Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the People Platform team, ensuring that learning programs support the development of desired leadership competencies and management practices. Advise Functional Learning Business Partners on adapting programs for their functionsTalent Management Strategy Integration: Integrate leadership and management learning programs within the broader talent management strategy to support succession planning, high-potential development, and organizational capability building.Measurement and Evaluation: Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of leadership and management learning, making data-driven decisions to enhance program impact.Innovation in Learning: Stay abreast of trends, research, and innovations in leadership and management development, applying best practices and exploring new methodologies to keep Moderna at the forefront of leadership excellence.Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support program delivery, ensuring high-quality content and delivery standards.
