Full job description Dir Information Technology & Security The Director of Information Technology and Security at CES leads the technology strategy and implementation, with a specific focus on implementation of an ERP system and integration with international business units to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Primary Job Role Oversee the company's internal technology strategy and ensure it aligns with the company's business goals and objectives. Lead the implementation, utilization, and integration of a new ERP system and other software products across the organization. Work closely with our data team to groom data from ERP and other systems, creating synchronized datasets for analysis. Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization through the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies. Identify opportunities to achieve economies of scale, increase event partnerships, and maximize new technology opportunities. Implement robust data security practices, specifically surrounding M365 administration. Manage and collaborate on the overall IT budget with the executive team. Education Bachelor's degree in information technology management, business administration, or a related field. Master's/advanced equivalent degree preferred, but not required.
Experience 10+ years in information technology; 2+ years in supervisory/leadership capacity. Proven experience as a manager or director of IT, or similar leadership role. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI. Strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations. Superior knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure. Experience building and scaling business processes. Proven ability to anticipate downstream impact of decisions/solutions identified. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills while executing day-to-day support needs and builds, implements and maintains solutions. Exceptional ability to effectively flex from strategy to tactics.
