Responsibilities
• Serve as a strategic partner to C-Suite and service line leaders• Assess and anticipate HR-related needs within the business• Act as an employee champion and change agent• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions• Manage and resolve complex employee relations concerns• Ensure regulatory compliance• Develop HR requirements based on corporate objectives• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation• Assist in talent acquisition, development, and succession planning
Requirements
• BA/BS Degree in Human Resource Management• 6-10 years of HR experience• Knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws• Experience resolving complex employee relations issues• Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS• Strong written and oral communication skills• 25% travel expected
