We're seeking a future team member in the role of Director, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our MUTUAL FUND MANAGEMENT team. This role is located in Westborough - HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for the financial and human resources for the unit and ensures assigned teams are operating effectively to meet unit goals and objectives.Executes business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategy.Sets guidelines for determining the net asset value (NAV) for funds in a variety of sectors for each measurement cycle.Provides oversight and guidance in setting the processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.7-10 years of total work experience and at least 3-5 years in management preferred.Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.Experience requirement bullet point 4 At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
