Not Remotely Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accurately input data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
Verify data by comparing it to source documents
Identify errors and make corrections as needed
Maintain data integrity by following policies and procedures
Generate reports on a regular basis to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data-related issues
Coordinate and dispatch drivers to assigned locations, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient use of resources.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Education / Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry or related field
Proficient in typing with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
