Job Description:

Ashland is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home in Los Angeles, California. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and product information- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers' needs- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment- High school diploma or equivalent- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
