Job Description:

Booking.com is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to work from home in New York City, New York. As an Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, and possess emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with booking accommodations, managing reservations, and resolving payment or technical issues.3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.6. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.7. Assist in training and onboarding new Customer Support team members as needed.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role.2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers of diverse backgrounds.3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.4. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.6. Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and a dedicated phone line.
