Job Description:

As a Customer Support Officer at Starbucks, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. This is a remote work position based in Columbus, Ohio. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently- Provide product information and assistance to customers- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Reliable and energetic personality traits- Strong planning and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required- Previous experience in customer support or related field preferred
