Job Description:
Siemens is currently looking for a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to senior team members as needed.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Provide product information and technical support to customers.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.3. Excellent time management and negotiation skills.4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
