Job Description:

As a Customer Support Manager at WestRock in San Francisco, California, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for our customers. This position is part-time and at an Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Managing and mentoring a team of customer support representatives- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures- Resolving escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Monitoring and analyzing customer service metrics to improve performance- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences- Providing training and development opportunities for the customer support team- Conducting regular performance reviews and identifying areas for improvement- Representing the customer support team in meetings and communication with stakeholders

Requirements:- Hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent customer service- Strong time management and project management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven experience in a customer support or related role- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service best practices- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
