Customer Support Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Marathon Oil is seeking a Customer Support Associate to work from home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, possess strong research skills, and demonstrate emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Conduct research to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer support processes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
