Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Fluor, a leading engineering and construction company, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of confidence and reliability, along with soft skills such as teamwork and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database6. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies7. Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high level of satisfaction8. Handle escalations and difficult situations with professionalism and empathy

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent2. 3+ years of experience in customer service3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes8. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
