Job Description:

TIAA is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our remote team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone, email, and chat. This position requires a high level of energy, adaptability, creativity, and strategic planning skills to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and proactive manner- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address customer needs and concerns- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and adaptable personality traits- Strong creativity and strategic planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
