Job Description:UGI is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work opportunities. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support and a strong understanding of customer service best practices.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies- Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's commitment to customer satisfaction- Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management for review and improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
