Job Description:
Xerox is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.2. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their specific requirements.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.4. Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Xerox's product offerings to better assist customers.6. Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree preferred.2. 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Strong project management and strategic planning skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly.6. Confidence in dealing with customers and problem-solving.7.
