As a Customer Success Officer at Alcoa, you will work remotely from home and be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals- Onboard new customers, providing training and support as needed- Monitor customer accounts, track progress, and identify areas for improvement- Proactively reach out to customers to address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on best practices- Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Passionate about helping customers succeed- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Excellent presentation and leadership skills
