AGCO, a leading agricultural equipment manufacturer, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Customer Success Officer at AGCO, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the ongoing success and satisfaction of our customers. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, and providing solutions to ensure a positive experience with our products and services. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to proactively engage with customers, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers- Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and proactively addressing any issues- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries- Developing and implementing customer success strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction- Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Providing training and support to customers on the use of our products and services- Conducting regular check-ins with customers to assess their needs and preferences- Representing the voice of the customer within the organization

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following personality traits and soft skills: resourceful, adaptable, strategic planning, and planning. Additionally, a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
