Job Description:

Mutual of Omaha Insurance is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Success Officer to join our team in San Diego, California. As a part-time entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.2. Onboard new customers and provide training on our products and services.3. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.6. Develop creative solutions to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.7. Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns.8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.5. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with customers.7. Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred.8. Must be located in San Diego, California.
