Razorpay, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience using our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on utilizing our products.- Build and cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote retention and loyalty.- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team for resolution.- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing customer satisfaction.- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.- Track and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-centric solutions and initiatives.
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer success role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.- Adaptable and dedicated mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.- Creativity and a knack for innovative problem-solving.- Strong people management skills to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
