Discover Financial Services is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to work from home in Chicago, Illinois. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Proactively reaching out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Providing product demonstrations and training to customers as needed- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services- Monitoring customer accounts and identifying potential risks or opportunities for improvement

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Basic computer proficiency- Availability to work part-time hours in a remote setting- Must be reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service- Soft skills in negotiation and decision-making are a plus
