Job Description:

As a Customer Success Associate at Impossible Foods, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing support, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Responsibilities:1. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.2. Onboard new customers and provide training and support to help them get the most out of our products.3. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.4. Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.5. Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and promote customer loyalty.6. Analyze customer feedback and data to drive product enhancements and improvements.7. Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term customer success.8. Meet and exceed key performance indicators, such as customer retention and satisfaction rates.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.3. Independent and reliable individual who can work well in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong soft skills, including innovation and strategic planning, to drive customer success.5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.6. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success targets.7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.8. Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits.
