Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team at DuPont in San Antonio, Texas. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer success. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong decision-making and planning skills.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services- Act as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, effectively communicating customer needs and feedback- Assist with customer onboarding, training, and support to ensure a seamless experience- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer retention and growth- Provide timely and proactive communication with customers to address any issues or concerns- Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus- No prior experience required
